Teacher Cycle Planner is designed to help teachers manage cycle-day calendars, timetables, supervisions, and reminders directly on their iPhone.

Quick Start

See the current cycle day, the day’s classes, room numbers, and any duties assigned for that cycle day.

Choose reminder timing, enable class or duty alerts, and select your preferred reminder sound.

Browse the school year by month and quickly check the cycle number for each instructional day.

Choose a school board calendar, import your timetable, import supervisions, or request a missing school board.

Choose your school board calendar before importing a timetable or supervision sheet.
Use clean PDFs whenever possible. If using a photo, crop tightly and keep the image straight and well lit.
Review import previews before saving them.
Re-import when your timetable or supervision assignments change during the year.
Use reminder offsets that give you enough walking time between spaces in your school.

Cycle-day schools can shift because of holidays, PA days, and breaks. If the cycle day looks wrong, check the selected school board calendar first.

Best results come from a readable PDF or a straight-on photo with clear class names, rooms, and times.

If your duty sheet is crowded, use your full name and review the preview before saving.

Approved school board calendars are the most reliable source for cycle-day tracking. If your board is missing, request it from inside the app.

My cycle day is wrong: make sure the correct school board calendar is selected.
My timetable import missed a class: try a cleaner PDF or a closer crop of the schedule.
My supervision import missed my name: use your full name and review the preview carefully.
Reminders are not appearing: confirm notification access is enabled in the Alarms tab.
