Teacher Cycle Planner is designed to help teachers manage rotating cycle schedules, classes, duties, and reminders directly on their device.

Information We Collect

Teacher Cycle Planner does not collect personal data from users through a remote company server in the current standalone version of the app.

How Your Data Is Used

Schedule data that you import or enter manually, such as cycle calendars, classes, room numbers, and supervision duties, is stored locally on your device so the app can display your schedule and create local reminders.

Files You Import

If you import PDF files or images, those files are processed by the app to help extract schedule information. In the current release, imported files are not uploaded to a company server for long-term storage.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app uses local notifications on your device to notify you before classes or duties. These notifications are scheduled and stored by iOS on your device.

Data Sharing

Teacher Cycle Planner does not sell, rent, or share your schedule data with third parties in the current standalone version of the app.

Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you edit it, delete the app, or remove the app’s local data by uninstalling the app.

Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for teachers and school staff. It is not directed to children.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. If the app later adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, or other online services, this policy should be updated before release.
